• 1) Open the top cover off the device, insert the SIM card, and connect the external power supply. You must turn on the switch next to the card slot.
• 2) Place the device outdoors, and the three indicator lights of the device will remain on for about 30 seconds, indicating that the device has been positioned.
• 3) Dial the device number, it will hang up and reply with valid longitude and latitude information, which means that the device is working normally and can be used.
